Hy. I have got my account frozen but I do not know why! I have register by cyberbet and have got the newcomer bonus! I have made bets as in the wagering rules was standing! I made the rollover and asked the Chat if I can withdraw! The chat told me yes it does take 2 Days he said! So I made a withdraw because I have rollover all and have asked the chat! I have sent all documents and all was fine! Then some days later I have got a mail- the mail I hang on here! My account is frozen! Now I try for a month to get any info on why this is! The chat always says I should send an mail to the support but the support answered not! Today I asked the chat once more bit now info. The chat protokoll I also hang on. I have around 1200 euro on my account - they stole my money! If I do get not my money I will that you warn people to register here! Please for info - I do not know what I made wrong! Or is it normal that books stole money and give no info ??? Thanks,
