Withdrawal of winnings is delayed

I won and tried to withdraw my £1500 winnings 3 days ago from this site I was told internal difficulties on payments but they taking deposits they said contact in 48hr which I did to be told the same thing again and again.

I know this is a scam they won’t give me no contact number or talk about it on chat they just keep palming me off if they can’t pay out why are they still taking deposits.
