I applied for withdrawal on June 6, but have not received the money yet.

KYC has been completed and withdrawals have been successful in the past.

The casino keeps saying they will check with the relevant department and no progress has been made.

We have also received information that an error occurred at JETON, where the money was to be disbursed.
