Funds removed from my account balance without any further explanation

668.89 was removed from my account balance and don’t understand why. On my transaction history it is marked as admin adjustment. No idea why they would do this. I have attached a copy of the transaction history. I have since closed the account but requesting these funds are refunded.
I emailed the casino at the time back in October but no explanation or reply
