On April 18, 2024 I won $2160 and went to withdraw some as I normally do. However this time it was denied and said I had to verify my identity. I promptly submitted all the requested documents. Then somehow my 2FA authenticator code no longer worked for me to access my account. I messaged coins.game and was told I had to submit a request to have my 2FA disabled. I submitted all of that to coins.game and received an email saying that it was accepted and I would hear back from them within 48 hours. It's May 3rd and I have yet to hear anything aside from their replies to my numerous emails and messages. All of which just keep saying wait to be contacted from one of their team members. I have not received my winnings, can't access my account, and can't get any answers from them.
