Hello i recived an email from cirus casino reguarding a free chip, i logged in requested the free chip and i now i got a response from chat suppor saying its my second free chip request, if i cant get a second free chip and they got lots of methods by checking that why did they give me... and i requested $250 and now they refuse to pay....

Dear Player:

On 3/26/2008 10:16:10 AM a Free Chip with C Coupon Code LCBWIN40

was redeemed

On 1/12/2013 5:12:38 PM another Free Chip with Coupon Code LUCKY60 was redeemed as well. No deposits were made in between Free Chips and this is why winnings on second free chip were voided

Unless the Casino management specifically gives prior agreement, welcome bonuses are limited to one promotion per Player, per family, per computer, per address.

The Player may not consecutively redeem multiple no-deposit bonuses. Free chip offers are meant only for our regular loyal players and unless otherwise stated in order to cash out on a free chip offer you should have an active depositing account. Should a Player redeem one no-deposit bonus and then be subsequently offered another one, the Player must make a real money deposit into their account in the interim in order for the Player to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.

Hope this clarifies the misunderstanding

Dear Cirrus,

i dont have records of what i did five years ago, i didnt even remember i had an acount with you.... i got a promo mail... that was it...

I'm just curious, 5 yes (FIVE) years ago you had the same "rules"?

whats funny is that we get emails talking about promotions, free chips, deposits...

we cant redem certain bonus codes, cause we have not made a deposit or we can't repeat the same bonus twice, the system gives an error msg...

but for this little "detail" says nothing?

thats ok cirrus i have read the terms of the bonus, its there... you are rigth... as usual...

i just want to close my account with you, delete all my personal information, please.

Dear players before joining/geting a promotion on this casino my advise to you is that you call support, ask if its all ok, no duplicate accounts, no 2nd time chip redemed or whatever and save the log... for future reference or just dont play with them.
