Hello i recived an email from cirus casino reguarding a free chip, i logged in requested the free chip and i now i got a response from chat suppor saying its my second free chip request, if i cant get a second free chip and they got lots of methods by checking that why did they give me... and i requested $250 and now they refuse to pay....

i dont have records of what i did five years ago, i didnt even remember i had an acount with you.... i got a promo mail... that was it...

I'm just curious, 5 yes (FIVE) years ago you had the same "rules"?

whats funny is that we get emails talking about promotions, free chips, deposits...

we cant redem certain bonus codes, cause we have not made a deposit or we can't repeat the same bonus twice, the system gives an error msg...

but for this little "detail" says nothing?

thats ok cirrus i have read the terms of the bonus, its there... you are rigth... as usual...

Dear players before joining/geting a promotion on this casino my advise to you is that you call support, ask if its all ok, no duplicate accounts, no 2nd time chip redemed or whatever and save the log... for future reference or just dont play with them.
