Stalling cheque withdrawal

I've had a withdrawl approved since 3/28/17 and have not received a check.
Yes, i used a bonus and I understand this will be deduced from the check
They keep telling me to wait 6-10 business days but that time comes and goes with no check.
This is after repeated calls That I'm told the same information that everything looks good and they don't understand the holdup and will let management know. There was a mixup and they thought i wanted bitcoms but that is not the case and have since got that straighten out.
soon they will say to resubmit my information because of them wasting time.
They have all of my updated information and it has been accepted. I did utilize a PlayerClub card but have not had any problems making a withdrawl before from casinos.

Yes, restrictions apply. Your Rewards Balance works in the same way as a Free Play Bonus – your balance is for wagering purposes only, and only winnings from the bonus (and not the bonus itself) may be cashed-out.
A maximum of two (2) times the amount of the Players Rewards Card amount deposited may be cashed-out from the partner Casinos.
At the time of a cash-out, the amount of the Players Rewards Card amount deposited and any additional bonus redeemed will be deducted from your Rewards Balance.
In order to withdraw winnings from your Rewards Balance, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
The Players Rewards Card amount deposited and any deposit bonus taken at a partner Casino must be wagered a minimum of twenty five (25) times before qualifying for any cash-outs. Winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Despite the specific rules on a bonus taken at a Casino, the 25 times requirement will remain.
Only bets placed in Bingo games, Slots, Keno, European Slot Poker, and Scratch Card games will be allowed. Any other game is restricted.
IMPORTANT: Wagering on restricted games will void all Rewards winnings.

The reason your payment was only for $200 is because you used your Players Rewards Card for your $100 deposit. The Players Rewards Card only permits 2x the deposit amount as the maximum withdrawal.

Extended Payout from casinos time frame given

I have all communicational responses, transaction history, amount of both deposit and withdrawal requests, all account info and any information acquired for purposes of having all information documented for any reason I need to, for protection of my own identity, financial disputes and or any reason I should have to show my side of all interactions with wild Vegas casino and my third party affiliate here at askgamblers.

With that said... I just want my payout of $800.05.

I put in for request and have kept eye on it's progress I was given 7 to 10 days for approval from chat agent reps and also I read the casinos agreements and policies. To which I have yet been approved for my payout and it was turned in on December 18th 2023 and should have already had the process ping for payout now.... I didn't read reviews about the site until recently and I was very disappointed and nervous about what I have read in regards to them and their payouts.... I wouldn't have deposited had I known the length of time and the process I've seen others have to endure just to receive their winnings.

I have all verification approval through them I have email and a chat providing that statement of proof and also I made a clean deposit no bonuses attached nor have I used one after because I'm waiting on my winnings just so I don't get encounter another issue or something in getting it.

With that said... I should have gotten approved and my withdrawal in process by now. I would like to involve you guys bc of the the hassle of trying to reach their agents is SOOOO much time wasted, just to be told the same things or feel as if nothing is moving forward.

Email is also hard to get a human or any correspondence back it's useless pretty much. Please help on resolving this and me getting my payout!!
