Withdrawal taking too long

I have now been waiting for my withdrawal to be approved since 15.1 9 am.

Got an email that said I needed to change my withdrawal method to the same as I used to make the deposit.

Well, I did it and then I got an email saying that I can only use Bank IBAN to withdraw.

Every time in chat they are telling me that it takes 2 working days, your withdrawal is a priority and will be handled promptly.

I do not know anymore who to believe and if I ever going to see my money

Winnings removed from my account and withdrawal cancelled

Hi!

I was playing at ChalkWins casino. I deposited 50 euros and got a 50% bonus. I wagered what was needed to be wagered. I played and won. I sent all the documents that they needed, and my account was verified.

I made a withdrawal request, but they cancelled it. They needed a picture of me and my ID card, so I sent it, and I got my account verified again. Then I made another withdrawal request, but it was cancelled too. Yesterday, they sent an email to me where they said that after 7 days, all winnings will be forfeited, and you can’t claim them

They had a 7days a time to pay my winnings, they took 2,900euros from me and left 750euros. All my withdrawals got cancelled. I sent them many emails, but they took a very long time to answer, and in live chat, there is a bot answering, and I think that many other people have problems with this casino.

There are files with screenshots of their email that they sent me. It is in two pics because I couldn’t fit it in one pic, and there are emails where I provide that my account is verified, and I had winnings in there

And there is another pic where they said that my withdrawal was cancelled

If you can help me, I would be thankful.

Withdraw is missing after 4 days

I dont literally know what believe anymore. I got 1000e winnings from Chalk wins. First I asked via livechat and email how long they will usually handle withdraws? They said me two times that they will accept withdraws in 2 days. Also they answered me that payment team is working 24/7. Now its day 4. I keep getting now answer that they will email me when they accept my withdraw. I dont know where to believe anymore? And what makes a little bit weird when I checked chalkwins.com daily visitors, its not high. So what they are waiting? Also i have done verification.

Unauthorized withdrawal of money

I played at ChalkWins Casino on September 6, 2024. I won €120 at the Casino, which I wanted to withdraw. I made a repatriation which was rejected due to missing documents. I sent the documents which were accepted. I made a new repatriation on September 9, 2024, which still hasn't been approved. I have been in contact with customer service but they are not responding to my messages. Could you please help me to get my winnings into my bank account?
