Delayed withdrawal and they do not even try to verify me

For more than one week my withdrawal via jeton is pending. Moreover, I sent documents to verify my account via email and uploaded them to my account history and they did not even take a look at them. They wrote me via email five days ago that the withdrawal will be processed the next day. Four days later no withdrawal is processed, they are still pending and moreover, they don`t respond to any email.

One day after submitting the docs they verified my ID card and proof of jeton payment. But whyever they didn`t even take a look at the proof of address and still don`t process any withdrawal.

They just cancelled all my withdraws as i have seen in my wallet. I received no info about that. Moreover the disabled the option to withdraw. Only deposits are possible.
As you can see attached i have sended them a full bank statement on the 08.11.2022, 13:33:59. They never responded to that. They don`t verify the adress and disable the withdraw option without giving any info.
