Casinozer does not pay out

Hello, I made skrill deposit without using any bonus to my fully verified and address-verified CasinoZer account. Then, Skrill was removed and never came back. So I had to use cryptocurrency. I deposit and withdraw to the same cryptocurrency address. Then Casinozer said I need to send a video to show the Crypto Transactions on my wallet - I did send exactly that video. Then casinozer said they want a video with personal data from my trust wallet, the transactions. Trust wallet does not provide any personal information in the wallets, it's everywhere to read about. I can not put any personal data in my trust wallet, impossible. So I sent a video again, directly from my casinozer account, personal information to my trust wallet with the asked transactions. Again was rejected by casinozer because they still require personal information in my trust wallet which is impossible. They refuse to pay out my remaining balance of 1179 euro. Please help me
