Delaying withdrawals
Have not paid my €10,000 winnings. They asked for documents which I sent. I understand that my identity is being verified, but my account is already verified. I have not received my winnings.
They just say we appreciate your patience.
I will withdraw the appeal as soon as my withdrawal is in my bank account
