Verification issues


Hi,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the approval process of my documents and the delay in withdrawing my funds. I was asked to provide the following documents for verification purposes:

A photo of my passport.

A selfie with my passport.

A bank statement to confirm my address.

While the bank statement was accepted, the other documents were rejected. I have been waiting for more than two weeks for an explanation as to why my documents were rejected. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have not received a clear response.

Please help me to verify my account and withdraw my funds.
