Not answering emails after I want close account

On December 7, 2023, I wrote an email to casino sky support that I wanted them to close my account! I received in response that it should be directly entered and processed on my account. on December 13, I still managed to log into my account and gamble away over 2000 eur. I am of course disappointed and angry that I managed to do it, thinking that my account should be closed, I then wrote an email to their support, I also wrote in the chat to their support, the support in the chat confirmed that they have sent my email I sent and says that they should come back, then out of nowhere I am logged out and my account is blocked, I wanted exactly this already on December 7th that it would be blocked but they didn't do what they said they would do. If they had just blocked my account from the start, I wouldn't have been able to deposit money and play for. In the email I sent to them I explained that I think it is extremely wrong that they have not blocked my account as they promised they would, I also wrote that I think they should pay back my 2000 eur which I did as a deposit. I wrote all this to them on December 13th and in the chat promised them to give me a message by email, it's now been 6 days and I haven't heard anything from them. I have written several emails but they have ignored all emails! I demand that they see their mistake in this and give me back my deposit which would not really have been possible to deposit!! stay away from this site!!!
