Hello, I've had a pending withdrawal for 2 weeks now, casino assured me withdrawals get paid out between 24-48 hours. My account is verified, I keep verifying my account 3 more times now and still they don't pay me even after contacting them several times by live chat and email... They then ask for a document that does not exist with my bank cibc. Their bank statements don't show the email. The account info page as well doesn't show the email on the same page as the account number and other details. Please help me recoup my 4700 canadian dollars.
