Acount closed with no explanation

I recently logged a complaint about slotmine falsely advertising I had a big win on their home page

They are totally ignoring that complaint

Last night I tried to log in but couldn't

Contacted live help

They told me my account had been closed ?

They also told me I wasn't allowed to use any casinos owned by there network ?

I asked if this was because I filed a complaint ?

They say no! It's because I had self excluded in another one of their sites ?

So why let me deposit £1000,s before closing my account ?
