Passed the verification and my account access was not restored

My account was initially verified and there were no problems. About a week ago, I wanted to withdraw a balance, but they canceled the process and asked me to verify. They closed my powers within the account and verified again, and the verification was successful. They told me 48 hours, then 48 hours, then 15 days, and there were no problems. The verification was successful and there were no other problems within the account. So why did I not get my powers back within the account, and every time I am postponed? I hope you will consider my request and help in restoring the powers
