Refusing to honor active self-exclusion, allow me to deposit and play
Hello, I issued a self-exclusion with the Estonia authorities. It works on other online casinos, but not with optibet.ee casino. There is no other way to exclude myself from this page. This is taken from their home page:
General Gambling Exclusion is implemented by Estonian Tax and Customs Board (ETCB) according to the legislation of Estonian Republic. There are two ways to apply for exclusion from gambling:
Through X-road (the state portal www.eesti.ee) by logging in with ID-card or internet bank;
Physically in ETCB service center.
I applied the self-exclusion on the 29th of May, but still i can access and play. Please close my access to the account as i have already lost 60€ in 2 days because of this. I would insist a full refund of the money i have lost, since i keep getting back on the site to try and win my money back, and this is also the reason why I issued the self-exclusion.
