Illegally accepting UK players and even stating they do via online chat

AVOID AT ALL COSTS (please note they’ve actually changed their terms and conditions after numerous complaints)
If you contact live chat and ask if U.K. players are accepted they actually say “yes” which is a complete lie and a way of defrauding U.K. players “Games offered are available in Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Mexico, Portugal, Romania, the United States of America, or the United Kingdom.”

FACT - that it is not unlawful to gamble in the UK but it is illegal to provide betting services to uk players and by having “United Kingdom” as option on your registration page therefore they are breaking the law.

They actually have no active UK licence and have UK as a option on your registration page, they are breaking the law
(section 33 gambling act 2005 to be exact)
As per the relevant provisions of the UK Gambling Act, any casino that doesn't obtain UK licence shall NOT be permitted to accept players from UK and offer their service necessary changes into their terms and conditions and state clearly that UK players are restricted from “registering and depositing” at the casino, as well as to implement all the relevant modifications to their system so that players from UK are not able to create and register an account.

A remote gambling operator commits an offence if their remote gambling facilities are capable of being used in Great Britain and a remote operating licence is required for the gambling to take place as advertised.

By having United Kingdom as an option on the registration page they are facilitating gambling in the UK- illegally.

I have received the following response by the UK gambling commission:
"Please note that it is illegal to transact with, or advertise to, consumers in Great Britain without a licence"

Rogue operator whom are committing payment fraud and tax evasion.

They hold illegal deposits and refuse winnings. They’re support via email when you complain is non exsistent.
