On the date of 15.05.2024 I have played on the Bonus Crab and I won 40 free spins on the game REACTOONZ provided by PlayNgo.
Within the spins I have ended with winnings of about 121.00 € but the winning amount never appeared in my account after exiting the game. I have provided all the screenshots which include date an time, game name and bet id as proof of wins and I was told the money dont exist in their system.
