This bookie is such a wicked and heartless bookie. I have been using this sport bookie for more than 8 months.
I have done my kyc in the past where I submitted all documents that was requested from me. However I placed withdrawal on the 3rd of March 2023, casinia kept delaying my funds and sent a mail that my funds would soon be processed from their financial department on the 9th of March.
On the 10th of march, which is on a Friday, casinia sent a mail that I should send my ID document, which I have done previously. However I forwarded my ID document to them, on the 12th of March. Casinia informed me that my funds failed to process without any reason and I should resubmit my withdrawal.
I have resubmitted my withdrawal. My fund is yet to be in my neteller account. This is 16th of March, more than two weeks since casinia deliberately withheld my funds.
