On March 18, two payments of 200 and 100 euros were completed.
After not receiving the money after a week with so much only the working days, I contacted the casino through the live chat.
I asked them to send me the transfer receipts, and since then I've been waiting for them to send it to me by e-mail.
I would like you to help me with the procedure because
I think they don't want to make the payments.

Update: Now when I log into the casino's website and try to view my payment history, nothing appears, even after clearing browsing data from Google Chrome. The live chat service doesn't give me any answers. They've probably stolen my money.
