Casimpo Casino Withdrawal Pending
Hi,
I made a complaint previously but it was rejected on the basis of each company having their own verification process. I liaised with Casimpo casino and sent them all the relevant documentation required to verify me and they got back to me confirming my account has now been verified. Since then my withdrawal has still been pending baring in mind it's now been over a week since my account has been verified and they require nothing further of me but yet nobody seems to reply to my emails or online chat messages. This is very inconvenient as I’ve read through their terms and conditions regarding withdrawals and it states as soon as the account is verified your withdrawal will be processed and should get an email yet I’m being ignored and my payment is being kept from me for no reason. I deposited £4800 and lost a bit then decided to withdraw £4399. This payment is my own funds and I’ve proven that with bank statements, utility bills, driving license, a selfie holding my license and also a picture of my bank card I paid with. Everything has been verified and proven that myself and my funds are legitimate yet I’m being ignored and nobody seems to get back to me regarding the withdrawal. Please I really urge you to accept my complaint as I did everything advised previously and have followed all the rules. These funds are from my personal account and I require them on a day to day basis and this is causing me a lot of stress and anxiety which I already suffer from.
