Hi,

I have been playing for a few days now in Cashwin and I have made profits but now I want to withdraw my winnings for 3 days.

According to their site 72 working hours but has this time passed and I have not received my withdrawal in my account.

My account is verified I do not understand why they do not pay it out

Delaying payments extremely

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding CashWin Casino. My experience with their payment processing has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Approximately three months ago, I won funds and requested withdrawals. The casino accepted all required verification documents. Despite this, each withdrawal of €600 took nearly two weeks to be processed. After finally receiving two payments, my next withdrawal was initially marked as approved, only to be declined without a clear explanation.

This prolonged delay and lack of transparency are completely unacceptable. As a player, I am entitled to prompt payment of my legitimate winnings, especially after fully complying with all verification procedures.

I kindly request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter by intervening with CashWin Casino to ensure my remaining withdrawal is processed without further delay.

Wont process payment just leaves it pending

Hello on the 26/jan/25 I submitted a request for a withdrawal and their terms and conditions stated would be processed within 3 days and am now coming up to 7days. I have tried their live chat multiple times and get the same pre written responses (have attached a transcript of the most recent chats) I have tried their complaint email twice and have no reply have attached those as well have also attached a screenshot of the balance history that shows the date and time I tried to withdraw.

Withdrawal has not been completed for about a week

I have a balance of 175000 Japanese yen at this casino. I requested a withdrawal on January 23rd. 6 days have passed. It will be a week soon. This casino has a payment deadline of 72 business hours, but that has long passed. However, not a single yen has been paid yet.

Every time I request a withdrawal, the casino cancels the request for some reason. At first, they said I needed to submit identity documents. However, my KYC verification was completed on December 6, 2024. However, when I tried to withdraw, I was asked to submit documents again, and at the same time, the withdrawal request was canceled.

The next withdrawal request was canceled because the daily limit was exceeded. This happens more than a day after the request. He does not immediately point out the mistake. After some time has passed, the request is canceled and I have to apply again. I think this will continue forever and the withdrawal will never be completed.

When I ask about the withdrawal status in chat, I just get a standard response that the support probably shares, and nothing changes. When I asked when the withdrawal was due, they would never answer.

But when I persisted and continued the chat, they assured me that they would definitely email me directly from the payments department shortly. But no such email has come.

I contacted live support everyday and was told that there was a problem with the transfer between banks and the withdrawal was cancelled but the money was never returned to my account. Thanks in advance, the amount is 500 euros.
