Missing Withdrawals

I have outstanding withdrawals of the following Hi Tim,

To confirm , the missing withdrawals were £70 from the 26th and £101 from the 23rd, and £54.05 made on the 9th of June?

This is the response I keep getting and has been dragging on since May. The last response I had was that Starling bank had rejected the payment so could I supply bank statements for an alternative bank for them to pay the money into. I sent in statements of an alternative bank (Barclays) and still the money hasn't arrived with no real explanation from the company other than they are "looking into it"
