Closed account no notice

I have been playing Card Crush for about a week, and I have played other sites, currently Lonestar and Gleaming Seven Slots. I have one on both sites and have had many redemptions from them.

I bought quite a few small packages on Card Crush, and yesterday I won $450. I had been verified, and everything was fine, and I was playing a little later. I’d put some more money in, and all of a sudden I couldn’t get into my account. I wrote them, and this is what they said to me.

Your account was reviewed in accordance with our Terms of Service, as well as our internal account review procedures and department assessments. Following this review, the decision was made to permanently close the account.

Please note that we are unable to disclose internal review materials, verification methods, or the specific checks used during the decision-making process.

As outlined in our Terms of Service, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close customer accounts when account activity is found to be inconsistent with our Terms or internal policies.

We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate you taking the time to contact us regarding the matter. However, at this time, the decision regarding the closure of the account will remain in place.

I then wrote them a few times and said that I would like my redemption of $450 is supposed to be put into my account. I gave them my account information, and I have not received a word.

Please help me. I would very much like my redemption or my money back that I spent.
