I didn't receive my withdrawal and they are not emailing me back
On 02/12/2025, I withdrew NZD$1000.00. Captain Spins approved the withdrawal and said that they have paid me my money. They have not.
I sent them a lot of emails expressing my anger at their lack of communication. I have emailed nearly 5 times a day from 03/12/2025 to 10/12/2025. They have not properly responded to my emails.
They keep saying that they have deposited my money into ************5000 account. However, this doesn't tell me that they have or have not made a clerical error, in that they may have entered a typo. I have sent all emails to the Bank, which stated they have not received any money from Captain Spins.
They are trying to keep the money.
I didn't receive my withdrawal of $1000.00, and I have sent 28 emails to accounts@captainspins.com and support@captainspins.com, and they are not replying. I want to know what account number they deposited it into. When I chat online, they give the same automated messages. They are constantly and actively avoiding me.
