Can’t seem to collect winnings
I verify my documents so I’m all set for a withdraw before I start playing at any casino. This (usually) expels those pesky delay times while a casino takes their time verifying you are who you say you are. I requested a wire transfer withdrawal for approx $2,200 early November around the 6th, it was approved on the 21st. I check on the status every day with their support staff in live chat, and I keep getting the same scripted responses about unusually high number of withdrawals, and they can’t give exact dates because they don’t have control over 3rd party payment processors, and that rest assured I would get my money soon. The problem is I can’t seem to get them to actually send it to a 3rd party processor and it’s been a month since I requested it. When I asked chat about this they gave me a line about double checking documents and in house procedures (which seem to be completely arbitrary) please AG help
