Withdrawals taking too long time


Hello!

I am writing to you for the reason that I feel unfairly treated by Campobet.
I have never used any bonus so in this case it's not about any bonus problem.

It's about the withdrawal’s from my account.
I have managed to have some luck in playing at Campobet, I have deposited about 4000 kr via instant banking, which I now managed to play up to 62.500 kr/SEK

When I want to withdraw my money, you have to make a withdrawal of at least 1000 kr/SEK and a maximum of 10,000 kr/SEK per withdrawal.
I made a withdrawal for some weeks ago.
I received a message that this was not approved, I will instead get a personal schedule for my withdrawals from my account.

In total, I can only make a withdrawal for 2500 kr/SEK each time.
I get a schedule with two withdrawals a week = 5000 kr/SEK in weekly withdrawals.
Every week I get a schedule, when I have received the payment and the schedule is complete, I have received information that I will contact them again to request a new schedule.
As a maximum there are two withdrawals a week.

Today I have a total of 25 withdrawals waiting for 2500 kr/SEK, piece = 62,500 kr/SEK which is incredible a lot of money for me.
This means I will have to wait over 12 weeks to get my money = over 3 months
= Extremely long time.

This is completely unreasonable to me, can you really do that?
They market themselves with withdrawals of up to 10.000 kr/SEK per withdrawal.
I have never ever asked for a personal schedule for my withdrawals?
What is the personal schedule based on?
I'm looking for help so I can get my money faster.
I do not think this is right and I feel a bit tricked actually.

I have contacted their KYC to increase my withdrawal so I can get the money faster.
But gets no response.
Their live chat does not want to answer questions about withdrawals.

The casino is unwilling to re verify my account and 2500e stuck on CampoBet
It's been 3 weeks approx since this saga started with Campobet when I tried to make a withdrawal of 500 euros since that's the single withdraw limit. I have made withdrawals before on Campobet and my account has been verified before, so I didn't expect any issues this time either, other than a single withdrawal usually takes around 3 working days so the process itself is very annoying and takes time when you try to empty your roll. After my withdrawal request, Campobet decided that my account was not verified anymore and I would have to send every document again to proof my address and identity, so I sent them everything they required, electricity invoice, bank statements, photo of my ID (multiple times through document uploading page and support e-mail). Now they are insisting that the documents are not real and the bank statements are not the original ones uploaded from e-bank, which they are. I don't understand how they can make such claim and I don't know what to do anymore. I've been going back and forth with their customer servants but again nothing has happened in a week.

I suspect that the re-verification requirement is because I switched address about 3-4 months ago and my account was verified when I lived in previous address. I tried to change my address to campobet but the customer servant said that "You need to verify your account first before you can change your address". So now I am not able to change my address on the site - to the address they require - to get my account re-verified to get withdrawals through. They've required proof of my former address, which I've sent and they still haven't updated my address. My former place is still under my custody and is even visible in my current electricity invoices, but still they won't do anything.

So that's the case in detail, really don't know what the next steps are to save the approximately 2500 euros stuck on the site.
