Hello together,

i have a big problem with Campobet and im very disappointed in the way they treat customers.

I deposited a total amount of 2477€ at this casino in the last month.

This weekend i started winning and made 4 payout requests.

1. of 900€
2.of 800€
3.of 400€
4. of 800€

The first one got paid yesterday (18.12.18)
Then today my other requests got cancelled by the casino without talking to me before.

I got a weird email with a payment schedule of 400€ per transaction ( that means they want to payout 400€ every 3 days. That takes till next year, especially because they dont work at weekends).

I have a VIP Level of professional which says monthly payout limit of 10.000€.
Because of the fact that i invested 2477€ there and only got 900€ paid out, i dont accept that. Ive never heard of something like that and it makes the casino seem very unprofessional and not trustworthy.

I want at least my whole deposit amount back in one transfer and we could talk about a payment schedule for the rest.

I hope you understand me and can help me with that.

Dear valued client,

We kindly remind you that your withdrawals in the total amount of 900 euros were successfully paid in accordance with your schedule 18.12.2018. After that our Finance Department asked you to divide the payments to 400 euros each in order to make all payments in the shortest possible time. Since your monthly limit was 10,000 euros, it would be much faster to withdraw your winnings in small pieces.

We would like to clarify that during the registration process at all our projects you accept our the Terms and Conditions and agree to follow them. According to Paragraph 6.13, "The casino administration reserves the right to make payments according to individual schedule, set the minimum and maximum amount per one transaction and the time for this transaction, which may differ depending on the method of withdrawal, your account level or other relevant factors". As well as it is stated in Paragraph 6.7 "Deposits cannot be recalled or paid back".
