Ridiculous payment schedule

Hello together,

i have a big problem with Campobet and im very disappointed in the way they treat customers.

I deposited a total amount of 2477€ at this casino in the last month.

This weekend i started winning and made 4 payout requests.

1. of 900€
2.of 800€
3.of 400€
4. of 800€

The first one got paid yesterday (18.12.18)
Then today my other requests got cancelled by the casino without talking to me before.

I got a weird email with a payment schedule of 400€ per transaction ( that means they want to payout 400€ every 3 days. That takes till next year, especially because they dont work at weekends).

I have a VIP Level of professional which says monthly payout limit of 10.000€.
Because of the fact that i invested 2477€ there and only got 900€ paid out, i dont accept that. Ive never heard of something like that and it makes the casino seem very unprofessional and not trustworthy.

I want at least my whole deposit amount back in one transfer and we could talk about a payment schedule for the rest.

I hope you understand me and can help me with that.

Dear valued client,

We kindly remind you that your withdrawals in the total amount of 900 euros were successfully paid in accordance with your schedule 18.12.2018. After that our Finance Department asked you to divide the payments to 400 euros each in order to make all payments in the shortest possible time. Since your monthly limit was 10,000 euros, it would be much faster to withdraw your winnings in small pieces.

We would like to clarify that during the registration process at all our projects you accept our the Terms and Conditions and agree to follow them. According to Paragraph 6.13, "The casino administration reserves the right to make payments according to individual schedule, set the minimum and maximum amount per one transaction and the time for this transaction, which may differ depending on the method of withdrawal, your account level or other relevant factors". As well as it is stated in Paragraph 6.7 "Deposits cannot be recalled or paid back".

Withdraw still pending since June 15th

Already made one complaint, but it was declined with no proof. Will send pictures now.

So Campobet has a withdrawal period of up to 3 days. Mine is made 15.6, making it today 7 days.

They put it as "urgent" many days ago, but nothing has happened.

It is 300 WUR. Is Campobet out of money or just teasing me?

They are just saying for me to wait; there is no issue other than that they say it is in the queue.

I have got two other payments, 140 EUR and 170 EUR, on time. The third 300 EUR is pending after 7 days.

New customer and will resign the account when I get the payment. Been playing different sites for 15 years, withdrawals come 15 minutes to 24 hours.

This is disgusting.

Unresponsive in verification

I have won money in Campobet, and they are unresponsive in verification.

I have sent the necessary documents three times now.

Casino does not answer my emails or contacts made through their chat.

17th Feb 2025 - Sent the necessary documents, bank statement from 7th Jan to 7th Feb, and event history that they are still requesting on the website.

21st Feb, I sent an email about the status of my verification.

25th, I contacted through chat to ask what is going on and if the documents were correct. Told me that they'd get back to me.

26th Feb I received a generic email to send documents to verify my account. I thought perhaps the documents didn't upload correctly the first time, so I sent them again.

4th March, I sent an email for clarification about why my verification was still pending and about a deadline of 6th March, before escalating this further.

7th March: Final attempt to resolve this in their chat. Also sent my bank statements again.

With the above contacts, I've been in their chat at least three times during these weeks to ask for an update, and they always tell they'd get back to me - and they never will.

I'm led to believe that Campobet is withholding my money without intention to ever pay it to me.

Ask yourself: Is this a reputable casino I'd like to play in, and if I won any money, can you withdraw it?

Been delaying my withdrawal for almost 3 weeks

I have originally tried to withdraw all my funds (353,61 €) from the site on 4th of October. Finally, after providing multiple different documents for multiple times, on 25th of October, I finally got my account verified. So that was almost three weeks ago, and they still haven't paid me. My withdrawal request still shows up to be "pending". I have been in contact with their email customer support several times during this period. They have told me that they are processing my request "as soon as possible". Well, everything is subjective of course, but I feel that three weeks is relatively long time, to say the least, for today's casino to process payments.

I get an error 6321 when trying to withdraw funds

My earlier complaint was rejected, so here's the new one...

When I try to withdraw any amount of € (min. 10 €), I get the following error: "6321: Withdraw action is restricted by the group." (See the attached screenshot)

I have had several conversations via Campobet online chat (they are not logged) about this during the past 3 months, and they have always promised to send me an update via e-mail but I haven't received any e-mails so far.

My account is already fully verified. (See the attached screenshot)

There are no active bonuses on my account. (Also visible on the screenshots).

My conversations with Campobet online chat didn't save to my account, so I can't see them anymore.

All I want is just to withdraw those 548,75 € to my bank account.

Can you please help me?

Cannot verify account that was verified before

Ok, so my account was already verified before, but when trying to withdraw on 11.1.2024 I was suddenly required to re-verify.

After trying to verify my account for a long time by sending bank statements over and over it got to the point where I am now required to send bank statements from a different bank account which Campobet claims I have deposited from.

This is simply not true as all the deposits that I have made can be seen on the statements I have sent them and belong to the same account.

Campobet keeps cancelling my withdrawal 175 EUR

Campobet keeps cancelling my WD and creating excuses:

16.01.2024 Deposited 50,00€ via Skrill

16.01.2024 Placed 1 bet and won 175,00€

16.01.2024 Requested a withdrawal of 175,00€

Since then it was 4x times cancelled every time after ,,3, business days every time another excuse,

They telling me it's a payment provider issue (Skrill) meanwhile I use my Skrill account for deposits and withdrawals with other bookies so not possible

Fine I thought lets try a bank account then and again cancelled whenever i asked support they kept telling me sorry that's not my department we will send you an email and again nothing happened

Whenever I ask Do you guys need documents the answer is no not for now our relevant department will ask if they need someone..

Im at the end of this journey i played for years and never experienced that i already contacted a lawyer and im also trying to find help here and warn other players.

The casino is unwilling to re verify my account and 2500e stuck on CampoBet

It's been 3 weeks approx since this saga started with Campobet when I tried to make a withdrawal of 500 euros since that's the single withdraw limit. I have made withdrawals before on Campobet and my account has been verified before, so I didn't expect any issues this time either, other than a single withdrawal usually takes around 3 working days so the process itself is very annoying and takes time when you try to empty your roll. After my withdrawal request, Campobet decided that my account was not verified anymore and I would have to send every document again to proof my address and identity, so I sent them everything they required, electricity invoice, bank statements, photo of my ID (multiple times through document uploading page and support e-mail). Now they are insisting that the documents are not real and the bank statements are not the original ones uploaded from e-bank, which they are. I don't understand how they can make such claim and I don't know what to do anymore. I've been going back and forth with their customer servants but again nothing has happened in a week.

I suspect that the re-verification requirement is because I switched address about 3-4 months ago and my account was verified when I lived in previous address. I tried to change my address to campobet but the customer servant said that "You need to verify your account first before you can change your address". So now I am not able to change my address on the site - to the address they require - to get my account re-verified to get withdrawals through. They've required proof of my former address, which I've sent and they still haven't updated my address. My former place is still under my custody and is even visible in my current electricity invoices, but still they won't do anything.

So that's the case in detail, really don't know what the next steps are to save the approximately 2500 euros stuck on the site.

Payment pending since August

I was hesitant to open a complaint on The matter, but I think that I have given the casino enough time to resolve the matter. I signed a settlement agreement with Campobet and I was supposed to receive 2500 euro to my Visa card, which I have used as the payment method when depositing. However, the payment did not successfully reach my card and is now stuck somewhere. I have contacted my bank multiple times and they have said that Campobet must contact them in order to get the money moving.

The process has been ongoing since August and it has taken too much time on my behalf. Campobet contacted me a month ago saying that they are looking into the matter, however it still has not been resolved. I have asked them to re-send the money, since over three months is simply too long. I see that the casino is responsible for completing the transaction properly.

Refuses to pay full amount and does not respond

I won 1450€ on 5.6.2022. I made withdrawal of 500€ which they declined. Then they blocked my account.

I asked about this on their live chat to which they responded that i have to make a skrill account and they will pay the withdrawals there. After this i have only received 200€ to my skrill account and now they arent responding anymore.

They haven't asked for any more documentation and they haven't told me that I broke their terms of use.

Campobet Casino -Refusing to pay unless I provide full number of debit card

Campobet won't pay me my winnings unless I provide my full debit card number. I am not allowed to block any digits.

This is not legal and I would like to ask Askgamblers to please have a look at this.

By the way,a few days before this email, I received a small withdrawal back to the same card, so there is no issue there at all. So when they say: "Due to a change within the processing company" is does not make any sense.
