Withdrawal not forthcoming
I have live chatted, sent emails and phoned Campeon on numerous occasions regarding a closing withdrawal balance of 598 pounds sterling. I am constantly told they need to verify documents but I sent in passport, credit/debit card details, proof of address, bank statements, and affordability survey over a week ago and received an email stating my account had been verified.
They still insist they need to verify and will not tell me when the withdrawal will be processed. One agent even promised it would be done before this weekend. They disabled my account even though I asked them to keep it open until after the withdrawal so I could communicate better. I am at a loss as to why they are delaying so long. They have paid out quickly in the past and I do not understand why they keep telling me they need to verify when they have already confirmed this in an email, Screenshot attached.
