It was 6 days ago that I requested a withdrawal. My Platinum VIP level states that my withdrawals will be processed in 2 days. I have been told that they were waiting on Instadebit to credit their account before they would process my withdrawal. According to Instadebit Transaction History, the funds were successfuly credited to Cameo Casino on the day of each transaction. Needless to say I still have not received my withdrawal. I really could use some support here. When chatting with support, they refused to provide me with the Casino Manager's email address to address the concern, and each email I have sent just gives more excuses. I was told 2 days ago that they would process on July 3 when Instadebit goes through.....Well it is now July 4th, and still NOT DONE.
