Camasino - Troubles with my withdrawal

Hello my problem is non-payment from the site Camasino.I'm a user from some 3 months. I have not played there can never be too your deposit, some time ago I got an e mail message about free poker tournaments in which I took part.I won in these free tournaments, $ 250, I placed a deposit and I launched the payment of winnings

We don't know why this complaint has been wrote because the client has been paid in the same day in the same time! Certainly with good IDs not expired, it will speed up the process. Camasino reserves the right to take the time to check all ID/KYC in a reasonable time. We have an excellent customer service and we reply all of our clients in the same day.
