Withdrawal pending for 5 days unable to contact anyone

I placed a withdrawal for £400 on the 4th September. It states on the website 72 hours pending so would of expected it to be released by now. Checked yesterday still pending and still pending now. Live chat is advertised for very limited hours 2pm-6pm Monday to Friday but is still unavailable. There is no contact number and no-one replies to any emails you send. I feel like without pushing it will be a long-time before my withdrawal is paid out. 5 days on and still pending is ridiculous because 72 hours pending is long enough in my opinion.
