Bspin Casino Locked my account with over 13 BTC balance
On the 11th of November I won 13.7 BTC playing slots at BSpin. After making a withdrawal I did not hear back for a while. Then when I tried to log in I saw that the account had been locked. There was a message on the screen that said my account was under investigation.
I understood that this was a very large win and that the casino has every right to investigate it. But now 15 days has passed and not only have I not been paid, I have not even been given a proper update. I spoke to their support during this period a few times. Most of the time they just told me that my account was still under investigation. At he beginning of last week they assured me my inquiry would be answered within that week. I never heard anything back and it is now Thursday of the following week.
While a casino needs to investigate player accounts especially for large wins, they have had 15 days to investigate my account. I do not think there is any excuse for an investigation into a casino account to take so long. And I also think that Bspin’s lack of transparency and communication during this period is alarming.
I am not happy to have to come and complain publicly about this matter but feel that I have been given no choice. BSpin has been unresponsive and is withholding a very large win without any reason: I played a slot that was allowed and bet an amount that was allowed by the casino itself and their terms and conditions. So I ask BSpin to please conclude their investigation and honor the win.
