Won't process €600 withdrawal

I am waiting 5 days now for Beteast.eu to process my over €600+ withdrawal.

I contacted them via email two days ago and assured me that it would be processed later that day or the following day at the latest.

They are now not replying to my emails and have received a separate email from them saying they are merging with other sporting sites.

I am worried that they will not honor my winnings.
