Arcade have a promotion Cash daiiy rebate up to 1.2 %, so im playing fu fruits and meet minimun bet requirment, i supposly receive cash rebate yesterday , but until now and asking many time but still i dont know what happen im not receive.. and refuse answer my question

Disabled withdrawal without any reason

This website really harassed me so much that I am forced to file a complaint. First, they took such a long time to verify my account, and now, after a month, the documents got verified; they disabled the withdrawal. Every time I get this error: Sorry, there was an error with your withdrawal. Code 310, and every time I chat with them, they don't even know what this, sometimes they say you unconfirmed deposit and sometimes they say something else. After 04-08, I never made any deposit and whatever they are saying is totally false.
