Account fully verified did not receive bonus.

9 days my withdrawal is pending.

The companies own terms and conditions say withdrawals will be processed in 96 hours which seems excessive but even after 9 days I cant get my withdrawal processed.

Contacted customer service numerous times this is a waste of time.

They have no problems with deposits but withdrawals they just wont pay out .must be great to be in the online casino buisness.

Customer service also lied to me telling me my withdrawal will be processed today (evidence in pics ) and it never was.
