I have an account with Blighty Bingo that was blocked when Broadway Gaming group took over from 888. I have been trying to close my account and get my money back but can get no useful answer from them. I have emailed and all I get is the same email that asks for proof of address etc - I send them the documents and they just repeat the previous email, no explanation of what is wrong or anything. This has happened numerous times. There is £1494.50 in the account and I’ve been trying to recover it for over a year.
