Withdrawal problems

Hello, my withdrawal still wasnt processed by Bitcoingames. I‘ve been Lucky and won 900€ and Bitcoingames isnt processing my withdrawal. In their rules it was said that they process Crypto Transaction in 1 hour while bank processes takes a bit longer 24hours. Now its 3 days over and I still dont got my cashout the Support tells me all the time that the cashout procedures been taking manually and can take longer by much traffic all the time the same answer. They told me it got escalated and they made a request for an faster request. The withdrawal is still on pending. Ive made my verification so far and they still are not making my Cashout. Ive had a bonus and I didnt see a rule break or that i played a game which is against the rules. Please help me in this case.
