Withdrawal issues

Bingo Cafe website claims withdrawals will be refunded to the most dominant deposit method used in the last 30 days. I made deposits using my Visa debit card and they refused to pay my winnings of $800 US to it. I have received withdrawals by that method of payment before without any issues. They then claimed that my card issuer would not allow online gambling refunds to my visa. I spoke to my bank and they told me that was not true. Bingo Cafe suggested I use Skrill which I no longer use. They then suggested I set up a Neteller or Ecopay account. I started a neteller account and asked Bingo cafe to pay my winnings to that, they asked me to provide a bank statement or utility bill. I have already verified my account with them. I have never had a problem withdrawing winnings from bingo cafe before now but they are making receiving my winnings very difficult this time.
