Hello AskGamblers I really need help regarding my issue of withdrawal of 1700euro in Betzino Casino that amount I requested In Sunday via Bank Transfer and after that I made a full verified account.

I send passport proof of address and credit card confirmation and i see here in my account page all documents verified.

So i waiting until today and i see my withdrawal its still Pending they not trying to approved that withdrawal without any reason.

I'm contact live chat agent they say all we forwarded your query but nothing. I'm waiting 4 days and still nothing reply by That Department to know why they still not want to process withdrawal.

I see in terms and conditions all withdrawal approved 24-48 hours maximum so they not respected that terms so I'm still waiting that department not want to reply they not want to process my withdrawal so its still in pending here you have also all Screenshot.

Has not processed withdrawal in 3 weeks

My withdrawal from Betzino has been pending for 3 weeks!

Support simply keep saying it has been passed to the team and 'sorry for the inconvieniance'.

I am fully verified and have had deposits and withdrawals no issue. However there is simply nothing happening here, I am just stuck in a loop and need help.

150e eth pending since 9 january

I have a pending ETH withdrawal of 150€ submitted on January 9th, 2026. It has now been over 2 months with no payment processed. KYC verification was completed successfully. Every time I contact live chat or support, I only receive generic copy-paste responses such as "please be patient" or "we will sort this out as soon as possible." No real explanation or timeline is ever provided. I strongly believe this casino is intentionally delaying withdrawals. I am requesting immediate processing of my withdrawal or a clear written explanation for this unacceptable delay.
