Just delaying payment

I deposited 350€ to Betwarts Casino using Zimpler on 19th of September. I got lucky and won 940.5€ so I decided to withdraw my winnings. I made two requests for withdrawal with Zimpler, 500€ and 440€, but they were both canceled. I contacted the casino and they told me that the withdrawals were canceled by me, which certainly isn't true. I did not cancel either of the withdrawals.
I made two new requests for withdrawals with the same withdrawal method and they were also canceled. This time they told me they were canceled by my payment provider.
I contacted them again. ”While verifying the department in charge, they advised your withdrawal was completed and the funds should be in your account”, they said. Well isn't that lovely? Except that the funds were not in my account. I told them that I had not received any money and I could also still see two pending withdrawals in my profile.
After this they told me that ”your withdrawal request has been succesfully processed and the funds have already been released from our side”. When I checked my casino profile, I could see there was a transaction of 940.5€ ”completed”, but for some reason the payment method was cash. How ridiculous is that!?
To this day I have not received any money from Betwarts casino via Zimpler and certainly not in cash! I have also contacted Zimpler and sent them a screenshot of my transaction history in the casino. Their response was most of my withdrawals were denied by the merchant but I should directly inquire the casino of the missing withdrawal of 940.5€. Betwarts has not replied to my latest e-mail.
Team AskGmblers, please help me get this issue resolved. I have been very patient and given the casino more than enough time to do their job.
