Hello.I have serious problem with this site.The site is not functioning for the past week and nobody responds to my emails.I have active bonus, but cant complete it because the site is not functioning and I cant sumbit withdraw request.Are you able to help me and contact betvuvu if it is possible?I have 800 euros stuck in my account!

Update: Yesterday I managed to get on live chat and I was told the firm Egaminglab have filed for bankruptcy.I was told to write to finance@egaminglab to receive my winnings but I am not sure if I will get reply from them.Now I am not even able to login in betvuvu and I receive error message.Is there any chance to receive my money if I write to their regulator?How does that work.I will appreciate any advice!
