Delaying my 3921e withdraw

I purchased a Sports bonus from the rewards store on BetStorm Casino, This had a lot of wagering however I got through it with a total of £143.28 of which today my balance sits at £40 and would be missing £103.28 in a cash balance. I contacted Betstorms live chat who told me the maximum conversion for these bonuses are £20 however according to there own T and C's that is not true, It is £20 for Casino Bonuses however it is £200 for sports bonuses ( I have screenshots of this and the conversation with support ) I was told by that support member I will be an email from managment soon as this is a mistake with there own T and Cs however as I stated to them this is not my problem and should be paid in full. Several days have gone past and no email. I went back onto support and it's almost like they are pretending this never happened and have no idea what I'm talking about. I have screenshots of everything including there own TandCs so they can't go changing them over the next few days and just claim its always been that way. Hopefully this can get resolved as a casino is always happy to point to TandCs when its in there favour but never when its in the players favour.
