Betplays.com accused me of violating their T&C and then suspended my account and kept all my winnings/funds which was over $17,000..
This was after I had requested a payout of $7000 and it took them over 7 business days before any response. They first responded the payout was undergoing further review then suspended me without any evidence of violating wagers and stole all my funds.
I had previously completed withdrawals of $4000 and $1500 without issue.

The customer is associated with another account on our platform. They are connected via IP and Device. Both customers abused the bonuses by placing bets on Under/Over, Handicap, and Repeated bets. This is a breach of Rule 17.3. and 17.4. of our Terms and Conditions.
