They don't help at all. I had enough. It's literally playing with people's money and I want my money back. I made a withdrawal request of 3514$. I have never used any bonus, send all my documents and had already made a withdraw like 2 weeks ago that went well.
The term and conditions says 5 days. It has now been DOUBLE the time. Stop playing with people's money.

The customer took advantage by placing bets at the wrong odds and then using the Cashout feature to make a profit after the odds had dropped. We reserve the right to void or cancel part or whole of a bet, even after its acceptance if there is a valid reason for this.
For this reason, the customer's account was suspended, and no winnings were paid.
We refunded the customer the total amount of his deposits of 2485.00 CAD and closed his account.
