Not only am I a bettor, but I have also worked in the gaming industry for over 18 years. I currently work for a tier 1 operator and would not risk my reputation with multi-accounting so I can assure you this claim that I have multiple accounts there is bogus.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that BetPlays Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
After carefully reviewing the case and the information we found, the customer is associated with another account on our platform. They are connected via IP and Device - violation of General T&C Rule 3. Both customers abused the bonuses by placing bets on Under/Over, Handicap, and Repeated bets. This is also a breach of Rule 17.3. and 17.4. of our Terms and Conditions.
