Unfortunately betplays refused to accept my wish to close my account due to gambling addiction over weeks. I lost more than 25k and it seems as if they didn`t close my account for that reason on purpose.

Attached are three screenshots where I desperately tried to close my account forever.

They sometimes closed my account for a few hours but reopened it every time I asked for it. I even told them that I am in serious trouble and they nevertheless only thought about how to earn more money with me. To my mind the rating is far to good and should be reviewed.

On serious site the account stays closed if one stated that he is gambling addicted.

Nevertheless this site decides to reopen accounts again and again. Deposit limits are not possible.

The total amount of deposits is far over 50k in Euro. I Received some withdraws but due to my gambling addiction i lost Most of the Money. The net lost since 26th of November IS more than 15k in Euro.
Betplays can send you my full deposit and withdraw history as they Blocked my Account now.

I want to upload one more document where my problems with my gambling addiction became obvious. On the 16th of december i told them once again that they need to stop reopening my account before it is too late. I told them that i would do ANYTHING to reopen it again because i need to due to my gambling addiction. Nevertheless they reopened my account again and again and i lost all my savings. They runied my life unfortunately on purpose as it seems.

Hello AskGamblers team and users,
The client above opened his gaming account in BetPlays in 20.09.2022 and made his first deposit on 18.10.2022.

The client made a total deposit of 175,002 EUR and withdrew 173,285 EUR.
Since the 26.11.2022 the client made a total deposit of 162,539 EUR and withdrew 161,036 EUR.
(Deposit and withdrawal history attached on appendix A(1))

It is clear to us now that the client was trying to build a case against us from the very beginning in case that he will lose funds and he will be able to try to recover it through complaints, the client was asking to close his account, documented it and after a cooling off period, he was sending us emails as the following:

1. “Could you please reopen my Account on my Wish? I want to use IT again. The 24 hours Close time passend. Please reopen it so that i can Stop playing at other Sites”

2. “Could you please reopen my Account on my explizit Wish again and ignore all my Last requests. I am only very frustrated because my withdraw still did Not arrive and i lost a Lot yesterday without Receiving a freebet. I am Not addicted. Please reopen it one Last Time.”
Thanks”
3. “I Received ALL my Open withdraws. Could you reopen my Account on my explizit Wish and risk now? I Like to Stop playing at stake and Come back to your site.”

On appendix B we are attaching links for 4 different complaints opened by the customer against other operators, justified or not It is clear that the client knows his way around the gambling world and knows exactly what he is doing.

After closing his account permanently the client decided to try to extort us, asking for big free bet or otherwise he will submit a complaint against us in askgamblers.

We are calling askgamblers to warn other operators of this customer as he is trying to exploit online casinos and acting in bad faith.

BetPlays reserve the right to take any other actions and pursue any other legal rights available to us against the customer for reputation damage and attempt for extortion.

Betplays has always been a fair site. The only problem is that I am heavily gambling addicted and I need my account to be closed forever. I don’t have any control anymore of my level of gambling. I need to stop gambling. You reopened my account again and again although I told you many times that I do have problems. Otherwise I would not submit complaints.
Trust me, my goal is not to receive lists back. I can send you my full bank history and you can see clearly that I permanently loose on every site.
I trust betplays and it is astonishing that I deposited so much money in such a short time. I lost control over my level of gambling. Please close my account permanent and forever

You can close my complaint if I only lost 2000€ in total. I can’t overview this as I played far to often. I will need to take a break with gambling - that is obvious. Betplays has been fair to me and I trust them. You can close my complaint. I reject it.

And i want to clarify that i reated you at trustpilot with 3 out of 5 stars. So it`s not about damaging your reputation. It`s just that i think it is pretty obvious that i have gambling problems and i told you so a few times. Please don`t close accounts that often and respect my wish to keep it closed forever. In this case my complaint can be marked as solved. I want and need to take a break from gambling and i don`t want to be able to play at betplays again.
