I played at Betplays 8 nov.
Made a deposit of 200€ and rolled over a welcome bonus.
Won 11000€ tried a withdrawal for 2500€ after the verification was done. now its 14 days ago and they just answered the same on support. Waiting for the payment department. i will get a notice when they have feedback, but never hear anything.
Terms said that the withdrawal will take a maximum of 5 banking days. But if you use other deposit options like e-wallet or bitcoin it will take max 3 days.
I also asked the support where to write a complaint at the place they have a licence, but they won't tell me.

After carefully reviewing his account and betting activity, we have discovered that he has violated our General Terms and Conditions. The customer has violated the following rules of our General Terms and Conditions:
Rule 3. and Rule 16.
After a thorough investigation, it became evident that multiple accounts were created from the same location, device, and IP address. The same bonuses, games, and gameplay were found in the linked accounts.
Supporting evidence has been sent to AskGamblers email.
