Delayed Withdrawal 6000 CAD

Hello.

I deposited 200 CAD onto Betplays Casino on October 14th.

On October 16th I made a withdrawal for 6000 CAD and I have still yet to receive it.

I see on their TOC it says 3-5 days. Now after contacting them numerous amounts of times, I am still to receive any update whatsoever and keep being told that it has been escalated and to be patient.

Before I made my withdrawal I sent in every document that was asked for to verify my account. I did not use a single bonus for this website, strictly gambled only my initial deposit and climbed it up to 6000. Also, my deposit was through e-transfer and my withdrawal as well so there should be no issue there.

I’m making this dispute as I have seen multiple other complaints about the same issue and those users being told they have violated terms of multiple accounting and money laundering. I want to get my complaint in especially before they try that on me. Those seem to be the popular ways they try to use to not have to pay out winnings and I would like to state that I have not breached a single thing on their TOC.

I have used many different platforms before and I do things the right way. I never take bonuses, I just deposit money and then try to win some by placing sports bets. That’s it, that’s all.

I will attach my initial deposit and the withdrawal.

Please let me know if there is anything else you would need for this. I just would like to settle this and rightfully receive a 6000 CAD withdrawal,

Refuse my withdrawal for 8 business days

Hello!

Betplays say themselves it’s up to 5 business days. They also confirm it’s been 8 business days, and the money just stay there. They don’t help and now they ignore me in the chat, they left it open so I can’t start a new one.

They also wrote the same response every single time.

I took out the money to withdrawal 18th of may, now it’s 27th of may and they confirm themselves it’s been 8 business days (screenshot). I think this is very unfair and I would truly appreciate your help in this! I really would. They just ignore and say «they escalated it to the relevant team» but they never do.

And now they even don’t let me use the chat, they just left it open. I would truly appreciate your help! I really would.

Withdrawal's been pending since April 14th

I recently joined BetPlays a couple of weeks ago.

I deposited a bunch of times on April 13-14, for a total of $5500.

I finally won my money back and have had a withdrawal pending for $5000 since April 14.

Every day I ask the live chat, and it’s always the same answer: “Our team is experiencing a high volume of customers, please be patient”.

I emailed the VIP manager, and they are of no help.

I don’t know what to do to get my money back. I didn’t even win big; it’s just my initial deposit.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal request with BetPlays. I requested a withdrawal of $1240 on March 7, 2026, and it has still not been processed without any clear explanation.
No bonus funds were used, there have been no account violations, and all verification requirements have been completed. Despite contacting support several times through live chat and email, I have only received generic responses and no resolution.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I registered with this casino at the end of 2024 and was aware that there are many negative reports on Trustpilot, with a score of around 1.4 from nearly 100 reviews. However, since there had been no unresolved complaints here up to that point and the user score was okay, I deposited minimal amounts 2–3 times — particularly because 300% bonus offers (with a win limit) are sent by email almost weekly.

On March 1st, I requested a minimal withdrawal of 89 euros to my bank account and completed the KYC process. The next day I was asked to verify my mobile number, which I did, and on the evening of March 2nd the casino confirmed that everything had now been completed and that the withdrawal would be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions.

According to the casino’s terms and conditions, they allow themselves a maximum of 5 business days for this. Yesterday I asked about it, and they said they would forward it, and of course since then nothing has happened again. I also find it very concerning when you have to follow up yourself, especially when it is a small amount and the casino has already granted itself a generous 5 business days.

I would be glad if the matter could now be concluded at the operator level and thank you in advance.

I am submitting this complaint regarding an overdue cryptocurrency withdrawal from Betplays.com.

I requested a withdrawal of €2,000 via cryptocurrency on Monday, 02.02.2026 at 12:00 (Withdrawal ID #255099080).

Betplays support informed me that withdrawals require up to 5 business days. This timeframe has now passed, and the withdrawal remains unpaid.

Despite multiple follow-ups via live chat and official email:
• I have not received a TXID
• I have not received a confirmed processing date
• I have not been asked to provide wallet verification
• Support repeatedly states that the withdrawal is “handled by another department” and that they cannot provide any timeframe

The only responses I receive mention “workload in the relevant department” without any concrete update or resolution.

During this time, I continue to receive automated bonus and deposit promotion emails, while my withdrawal remains pending.

I have not been informed of any rule violations, bonus issues, wagering requirements, or missing documents. I have also not been told that any action is required from my side.

Additionally, while researching this issue, I noticed multiple similar complaints from other players describing identical responses and delays, suggesting this may be a repeating pattern rather than an isolated case.

Payment not processed since 9 days

Dear AskGamblers Team,

Unfortunately, once again I need your assistance with processing my withdrawal, this time from BetPlays Casino.

Around two weeks ago, I made my first deposit at BetPlays and received a sports bonus. I used the sports bonus only for sports betting, while my deposited funds were used in the casino. Before doing so, I contacted BetPlays live chat support to confirm whether this was allowed, and they confirmed that it was.

Using my deposited funds, I won several hundred dollars playing casino games. After that, I also completed the wagering requirements for the sports bonus. After that i played a little and in total, my balance reached $1,568.

I successfully passed the KYC verification and requested a withdrawal of the full amount on 26.01.2026. Two days after submitting the withdrawal request, I contacted live chat support and was informed that everything was fine and that I should wait up to 5 working days for the withdrawal to be processed.

After this period had passed and I still had not received my payment, I contacted support again. This time, I was told that my withdrawal had been escalated to the relevant department to speed up the process. I waited another day and contacted support once more, as the delay was becoming unreasonable, but I was informed that there were still no updates.

I informed BetPlays that I would wait one final day, and if the withdrawal was still not processed, I would be forced to submit a complaint to AskGamblers.

Casino has not paid me any withdrawals in the last 2 months

Hi!

Betplays.com hasn't paid any withdrawals to me in the last 2 months of using them! Their withdrawal page is very suspect! The withdrawal page doesn't even allow me to specify how I want to withdraw money (i.e. Via Credit card, skrill, bitcoin etc). It's very poorly designed and looks 100% ingenuine IMO.

I've contacted Betplays.com multiple times via email and their Live Chat! Always "stock-standing" answers saying I need to wait "5 working days and then their payments team will contact me"! Nope, nothing, Nada, zilch, no emails from their payments team ever after 5 working days!

I've emails showing correspondence between me and BetPlays.com and images of my Live Chat conversations all saying I need to wait 5 working days!

Enough is enough! I'm here because I've had enough of waiting and I need intervention! I'm not a door-mat!

Wrongfully Confiscated funds

Betplays.com accused me of violating their T&C and then suspended my account and kept all my winnings/funds which was over $17,000..

This was after I had requested a payout of $7000 and it took them over 7 business days before any response. They first responded the payout was undergoing further review then suspended me without any evidence of violating wagers and stole all my funds.

I had previously completed withdrawals of $4000 and $1500 without issue.
